Pain is such an important thing. If you feel it and you don’t do anything about it, it’s gone to waste.

Know yourself. Know your pain. Why do you hurt? What kinds of things hurt you? What is the themes behind your pain? What kind of a person are you that feels these emotions from this stuff?

What do you get hurt from? What does it say about you? Is there a connection between the things that hurt you?

What do you feel?

I hurt from ignore-ance. When people don’t give me attention I feel neglected. It’s okay, though. I know you have better things to do than give me attention. You. reading this, are important to me. I get things from you, and that makes you important. The deepest parts of my mind are yours and I thank you for sharing the burden with me.
